This Indenture made this 27th day of October, 2020 between Atlantic Truss Group, L.L.C., a Florida limited
liability company whose post office address is 12789 Big Bear Bluff Road, Boynton Beach, FL 33473 of the County of
Palm Beach, State of Florida, grantor*, and Wheels Leasing LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company whose post
office address is 2590 N. Kings Highway, Fort Pierce, FL 34951 of the County of Saint Lucie, State of Florida, grantee*,
Witnesseth that said grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
good and valuable considerations to said grantor in hand paid by said grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has granted, bargained, and sold to the said grantee, and grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described land,
situate, lying and being in Saint Lucie County, Florida, to -wit:
The North 452.503 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 36, Township 34 South,
Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida; LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM the West 74 feet
for road and canal rights -of -way.
LESS AND EXCEPT that parcel conveyed by Special Warranty Deed to St. Lucie County recorded
in Official Records Book 1989, Page 544, and acceptance by Resolution No. 04-274 recorded in
Official Records Book 2105, Page 460, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, described as
follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 36,
Township 34 South, Range 39 East; thence South 89050158" East along the North line of the
Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 a distance of 74.00 feet to a point on the East right-of-way line of
Kings Highway (S.R. 713), said point also being the Point of Beginning; thence continue along the
North line of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 South 89050158" East, leaving said East
right-of-way line a distance of 150.00 feet; thence South 03022134" West a distance of 453.22 feet to
the South line of the North 452.50 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4; thence North
89°50'58" West along the South line of the North 452.50 feet to the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest
1/4 a distance of 127.00 feet to a point on the East right-of-way line of Kings Highway (S.R. 713);
thence North 000 28'02" East along said East right-of-way line a distance of 452.50 feet back to the
Point of Beginning.
Subject to taxes for 2020 and subsequent years; covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements,
reservations and limitations of record, if any.
