Lakewood Park Unit 10 - Block- 122, Lots 10 and 1] Lot 10 and 11 individually do not meet the lot area requirements of RS-4 (residential, single family) zoning. As they are owned by the same person they are considered one parcel of land and combined would be buildable. However, it would be possible to apply for a variance fromthe lot area requirement and, if approved, each lot would be buildable, again subject to meeting all other applicable requirements.
