NO. 03-329 THEREBY CANCELLTN6 THE COUNTY'5 'rNTENT
TO TNTT]:ATE CONFLTCT RESOLUT]:ON PROCEDURE5
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the
following determinations:
1. On December 9, ;>003, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, adopted Resolution No. 03-3;>9 initiating conflict resolution procedures pertaining to the
dispute over the City of Port St. Lucie's proposed annexation.
?. After further discussions, it has been determined that it is in the best interest of
the citizens of St. Lucie County that the Board rescind Resolution No. 03-329.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida, that:
1. Resolution No. 03-329 is rescinded effective immediately.
2. The County Administrator is directed to notify the City Manager of the Board's
decision to rescind the resolution.
