WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Erosion District's Budget, certain funds not
anticipated at the time of the budget have become available from the Florida Inland Navigation District for the
FIND Shoreline Stabilization for North Causeway Grant in the amount of $100,000.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Erosion District to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Erosion District of St. Lucie County Florida, in meeting
assembled this 9th day of December, 2003, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are
hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2003-2004, and the Erosion District's budget is hereby amended as
follows:
