02-301 WHICH ESTABLISHED A RENTAL
RATES AND FEES SCHEDULE FOR THE NEW
ST. LUCIE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS IN ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA; BY AMENDING
EXHIBIT "A" TO INCLUDE ANADDITIONAL
USER FEE CATEGORY, AND A BLANKET
RENTAL FEE, TO THE ST. LUCIE COUNTY
FAIRGROUNDS BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS
RENTAL RATES AND FEES SCHEDULE IN
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida, has made the following determinations:
1. On December 3, 2002, the Board adopted Resolution No. 02-
301, which established a rental rates and fees schedule for the new
St. Lucie County Fairgrounds in St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. In order to include an additional User Fee Category, and
a Blanket Rental Fee to the St. Lucie County Fairgrounds Buildings
and Grounds Rental Rates and Fees Schedule, it is necessary to
amend Exhibit "A" of Resolution No. 02-301.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. This Board does hereby amend the rental rates and fees
schedule as set forth in the "St. Lucie County Fairgrounds
Buildings and Grounds Rental Rates and Fees Schedule" attached
hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A".
2. The amended rental rates and fees schedule as set forth in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A",
shall take effect upon adoption of this resolution, and shall
remain in effect until changed by further resolution of the Board
of County Commissioners.
