A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 03-
222 GRANTING MAJOR SITE PLAN
APPROVAL FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN AS
DIAMOND SANDS SUBDIVISION TO CORRECT
A SCRIVENERS ERROR IN THE LEGAL
DESCRIPTION OF PART B OF SAID
RESOLUTION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, based on the
testimony and evidence, including but not limited to the staff report, has made the following
determinations:
On September 16, 2003, this Board through Resolution 03-238 approved the petition
of Treasure Cay, LLC, for a Major Site Plan Approval to allow a 45-1ot residential
subdivision to be known as Diamond Sands Subdivision on 30.23 acres of land on
the east side of State Road A-l-A, approximately 4 miles north of the Jensen Beach
Causeway, in the HIRD (Hutchinson Island Residential District) Zoning District.
Part B of Resolution 03-222 contained the legal description for the subject property,
which contained an incorrect legal description.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St.
Lucie County, Florida:
The legal description for the subject property is hereby amended as follows:
DESCRIPTION
Parcel I
The north 587.00 feet of the South 5057.83 feet of Section 27, Township 36 South, Range
41 East, St. Lucie County. Florida.
Less and except the right-Of-way for State Road AIA.
Parcel 2
The south 4370.83 feet of Section 27, Township 36 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie County
Florida.
Less and except the Right-of-Way for State Road AIA and Less and Except that portion of
the above described property lying south of a line that extends westerly from the mean
high water mark of the Atlantic Ocean to the mean high water mark of the Indian River that
is parallel with the South Section Line of Said Section 27, which line intersects a point on
the easterly right of way line of State Road AIA located 1500 feet northwesterly of the
point of Intersection of the easterly right-of-way line of said State Road AIA and said

Except as noted in Part A above, all other terms and provisions of Resolution 03-222
shall remain in full force and effect.
A copy of this resolution shall be attached to the site plan drawings described in
Resolution 03-222, which plan shall be placed on the file with the St. Lucie County
Community Development Director.
