A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE STATE OF FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SUPPLEMENTAL
JOINT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (FIN. PROJ. NO.
412313-1-94-01 ) FOR ST. LUCIE COUNTY INTERNATIONAL
AIRPORT - ACCESS ROADWAYS AND AUTHORIZING THE
CHAIRPERSON TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT AND
FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE COUN'rY A'I-I'ORNEY TO
EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BY APPROVING IT AS TO FORM
AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, FJorida, has
made the fo[lowing determinations:
1. The FJorida Department of Transportation has awarded the County funding
for Access Roadways at the St. Lucie County International Airport (Fin. Proj. No.
412313-1-94-01 ).
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the Supplemental Joint
Participation Agreement with the State of Florida Department of Transportation for
the above-referenced project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
St. Lucie County, FJorida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves the State of FJorida Department of
Transportation SuppJementa[ Joint Participation Agreement (Fin. Proj. No. 411315-1-
94-01) to provide funding for access roadways at the St. Lucie County Internationat
Airport.
2. The Board hereby authorizes the Chairperson to execute the above-
referenced asreement and further authorizes the County Attorney to execute the
agreement by approving it asto form and correctness.
After motion and second, the vote on this resolution was as foLLows:

Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson AYE
Commissioner Doug Coward AYE
Commissioner John D. Bruhn ABSENT
