A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF CITY/COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LOCAL AGENCY
AGREEMENT AND PROVDING WHEN THIS RESOLUTION WILL TAKE
EFFECT.
WHEREAS, The State of Florida Department of Transportation and St. Lucie County desire to
facilitate The Leunard Road Construction Project; and,
WHEREAS, The State of Florida has requested St. Lucie County, Florida, to execute and deliver
to the State of Florida Department of Transportation a Local Agency Agreement for the
aforementioned project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County/City Commissioners of St.
Lucie County, Florida, that the Chairman is hereby authorized to make, execute, and deliver to
the State of Florida Deparmtent of Transportation a Local Agency Agreement for the
aforementioned project.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 13th day of February, 2001
