A RESOLUTION DEFINING A CLASS "A' MOBILE HOME AS A SINGLE-
FAMILY DETACHED DWELLING UNIT IN THE AG-5 (AGRICULTURAL - 1
DUI5 ACRES) ZONING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, based on the
testimony and evidence, including but not limited to the staff report, has made the following
determinations:
Renee A. LeBen presented a petition to Define a 32-foot by 64-foot Palm Harbor
Class "A" Mobile Home as a Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit in the AG-5
(Agricultural - 1 dui5 acres) Zoning District for the property described below.
On September 16, 2003, this Board held a public hearing on the petition, after
publishing a notice of such hearing and notifying by mail all owners of property within
500 feet of the subject property.
The Class "A" Mobile Home determination is consistent with all elements of the St.
Lucie County Comprehensive Plan and has satisfied the standards of review set
forth in Section 11.05.02(D) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida:
A. The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners has determined that the request of
Renee A. LeBen to Define a 32 foot by 64 foot Palm Harbor Class "A" Mobile Home as a
Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit to be located on that property described as follows:
THE NORTH 200 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1030 FEET OF THE WEST HALF OF SECTION
34, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 38 EAST, LESS THE WEST 100 FEET THEREOF, ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA. (TAX ID#: 3234-331-0002-000/9).
(Location: 9280 Carlton Road.)
~s consistent with the requirements of Section 11.05.02(D) of the St. Lucie County Land
Development Code, and is hereby approved. The General Location Map and Area Subject to the
Class "A" Mobile Home Permit are attached as Exhibit "A".
B. A copy of this resolution shall be placed on file with the St. Lucie County Community
Development Director.
