TRUSTEE'S DEED
This Trustee's Deed made this 29th day of January, 2001, A..D., by AMERADA HESS
FACILITIES BUSINESS TRUST NO. 1998-1, a Delaware business trust f/k/a Amerada Hess/CIBC Trust
No. I998-1 whose address is One Hess Plaza, Woodbridge, NJ 07095 hereinafter called the Grantor, to ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida whose address is 2300 Virginia Avenue,
Ft. Pierce, FL 34982 hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Whenever used herein the term "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this instrument
and the heirs, legal representative and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations)
Witnesseth: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other valuable
consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, all that certain land ("the Property") located and situate in
ST. LUCIE County, Florida, viz:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise
appertaining.
To have and to hold, the same in fee simple forever.
SUBJECT TO restrictions, reservations, limitations and easements of record, if any; this reference
to said restrictions shall not operate to reimpose the same.
This deed constitutes a voluntary dedication of property for public right-of-~vay purposes.
Notwithstanding any other provisions of the above instrument neither Grantor nor its trustee shall
have any liability hereunder. Furthermore, anything in this insmtment to the contrary notwvithstanding, no
party shall have any claim, remedy or right to proceed against the trust, Wilmington Trust Company or any
successor trustee on a recourse basis or any past, present or future beneficiary, stockholder, subscriber of
capital stock, officer, director, incorporator, parmer, employee or agent of any thereof whether by virtue of
any statute or role of law or by enforcement of any penalty or assessment or otherwise, for the payment of
any deficiency or any other sum owing on account of any payment of any liability resulting from any breach
of any representation, agreement or warranty of any nature whatsoever in this instrument or any other
document from any source other than the Property; and the other parties hereto by the acceptance of this

document waive and release any liability of the trust and Wilmington Trust Company and any future trustees
on a recourse basis or any past, present or future beneficiary, stockholder, subscriber ofcapitaI stock, officer,
director, incorporator, partner, employee or agent of any thereof for and on account o£such liability, and all
other parties hereto agree to look solely to the Property for the payment or satisfaction of such liability:

Section 15, Township 36 South, Range 40 East as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 41, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly right-of-way line for U. S. Highway No. 1 (120 foot
right of way) and the Southerly right-of-way line for Kitterman Road (60 foot right of way);
thence SOO ° 16'16"E (along said West right of way line) for 50.00 feet; thence N45 ° 15'34"W for
70.73 feet (to the said South right of way line); thence N89°45'08"E (along said South right of
way line) for 50.00 feet to the Point of Beglnning.
