Home My WebLink About01-057RESOLUTION NO. 0'1-57 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie County, it was determined that in order to comply with the Arts In Public Places Ordinance the Board must establish a budget in the Arts In Public Places Trust Fund. WHEREAS, a trust fund has been established in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Arts In Public Places Ordinance Number 00-30. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (2) (f), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to amend the budget.
