RESOLUTION NO. 03-155
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available in the form of a supplemental grant for $53,925 from the Florida Department of Transportation to
determine the viability of impacted wetlands as requested by the South Florida Water Management District
for the proposed new parallel runway at the St. Lucie County International Airport.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 24th day of June, 2003, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes,
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2002-2003, and the County's budget is hereby amended
as follows:
