A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING EXECUTION OF
THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
AND ST. LUCIE COUNTY ROADWAY TRANSFER AGREEMENT; AICO
ROAD (FROM APPROXIMATELY 0.569 MILES SOUTHEAST OF INDRIO
ROAD TO INDRIO ROAD) BY THE ST. LUCIE COUNTY BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF
THE ST. LUCIE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO
EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT; AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE
COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BY APPROVING
IT AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made
the following determinations:
1. The Department and the County are desirous of transferring Aico Road (from
approximately 0.569 miles Southeast of Indrio Road to Indrio Road) to the County Road System.
2. This Board should authorize and approve execution of the Roadway Transfer Agreement
with the State of Florida Department of Transportation to transfer Aico Road (from approximately
0.569 miles Southeast of Indrio Road to Indrio Road) to the County Road System.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St.
Lucie County, Florida:
1. This Board does hereby authorize and approve execution of the Roadway Transfer
Agreement with the State of Florida Department of Transportation to transfer Aico Road (from
approximately 0.569 miles Southeast of Indrio Road to Indrio Road) to the County Road System.
2. The Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners and the Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute the Roadway Transfer Agreement approved by this resolution; and further, the County
Attorney is hereby authorized to execute the agreement by approving it as to form and correctness.
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
