RESOLUTION NO. 03-256
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie CQunty, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available in the form of a FY2004 Subgrant Applicant for SLC Bicycle/Pedestrian Grant from the
Department of Transportation in the amount of$27, I 05 (Federal funds) which is $2, I 05 above the approved
anticipated FY04 amount of$25,000.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners ofSt. LucieCounty,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 7th day of October, 2003, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes,
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2003-2004, and the County's budget is hereby amended
as follows:
