'~r l4" F,eL~p df~'Y1 r\(\aHC~ .On:\2" rL" " " RESOLUTION NO. 03-254 ~)j\l W:J(W WHE~EX~~ %uDs~&m~no the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in the form of bond proceeds from the $6,055,000 St Lucie County, Florida Tourist Development Tax Revenue Bond, Series 2003 and $2,627,500 St Lucie County, Florida Improvement Revenue Note, Taxable Series 2003C (Thomas J. White Stadium). WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 23rd day of September, 2003, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2002-2003, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUES 362-75201-384200-700 362-75201-384200-700 Total Revenues Proceeds from Loan Proceeds from Loan $6,055,000 $2,627,500 $8,682,500 APPROPRIATIONS 362-75201-563000-700 362-9950-573100-800 Total Expenditures Improvements other than Bldgs Additional Expenses - Bonds $8,645,000 $ 37,500 $8,682,500 After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Cliff Barnes, Chairman Commissioner Paula A.
