RESOLUTION NO. 03-204
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for
St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption ofthe budget have become available in
the form of insurance reimbursements to the Lawnwood Stadium and Recreation Divisions of the Parks and
Recreation Department.
WHEREAS, Section 129,06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 26h day of August, 2003, pursuant to Section 129,06 (d), Florida Statutes,
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2002-2003, and the County's budget is hereby amended
as follows:
