HomeMy WebLinkAbout03-172 o , Ufill' . 1; ( k i \nJtll cl [:11 (J ~~~;;~dJ RESOLUTION NO. 03-172 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in the form of a Hazardous Materials Grant from the Florida Department of Community Affairs in the amount of $7,535, WHEREAS, Section 129,06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 19th day of August, 2003, pursuant to Section 129,06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2002-2003, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: ,\ r REVENUES 0012'87 -2510-334202-200 APPROPRIATIONS Dept. of Community Affairs $7,535 001287-2510-549110-200 001287-2510-551000-200 001287-2510-551200-200 001287 -2510-552000-200 001287-2510-554100-200 General & Administrative Charge Office Supplies Equipment <$750 Operating Supplies Books & Subscriptions $359 $138 $4,367 $2,286 $385 After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Cliff Barnes, Chairperson Commissioner Paula A.
