RESOLUTION NO. 03-267
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the 51. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for
51. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in
the amount of$50,000 from Department of Environmental Protection Coastal Management for the Pepper Park
Dune Crossover.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 14th day of October, 2003, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes,
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2003-2004, and the County's budget is hereby amended
as follows:
