WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucia County Board of County Commissioners budget,
certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the FIodda
Department of Community Affairs in form of FY01 State and Local Assistance Grant in the amount $5,285.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of the St. Lucie County Board of County
Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners, Florida,
in meeting assembled this February 13, 2001 pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are
hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2000-2001, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows:
