A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE STATE OF FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION PUBLIC
TRANSPORTATION SUPPLEMENTAL JOINT PARTICIPATION
AGREEMENT (FIN. PROJ. NO. 411099-1-94-01 ) TO
EXTEND TAXlWAY "A" AT THE ST. LUClE COUNTY
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND AUTHORIZING THE
CHAIRPERSON TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT AND
FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ATTORNEY TO
EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BY APPROVING IT AS TO FORM
AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, FLorida, has
made the foL[owin~ determinations:
1. The FLorida Department of Transportation has awarded the County fundin8
to Extend Taxiway "A" at the St. Lucie County International Airport (Fin. Proj. No.
411099-1-94-01 ).
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the PubLic
'Transportation SuppLementaL Joint Participation A~reement with the State of FJorida
,Department of PubLic Transportation for the above-referenced project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
St. Lucie County, FLorida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves the Public Transportation
SuppLementaL Joint Participation Asreement with the State of FLorida (Fin. Proj. No.
411099-1-94-01) to provide fundin8 to Extend Taxiway "A" at the St. Lucie County
International Airport.
2. The Board hereby authorizes the Chairperson to execute the above-
referenced a~reement and further authorizes the County Attorney to execute the
a~lreement by approvin~ it as to form and correctness.
