A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE STATE OF FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION PUBLIC
TRANSPORTATION JOINT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
(FIN. PROJ. NO. 236665-1-94-01) TO REHABILITATE
TAXIWAY "E" AT THE ST. LUCIE COUNTY INTERNATIONAL
AIRPORT AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRPERSON TO
EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING
THE COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
BY APPROVING IT AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has
made the fo[[owin8 determinations:
1. The FLorida Department of Transportation has awarded the County fundin~
for to RehabiLitate Taxiway "E" at the St. Lucie County International Airport (Fin.
Proj. No. 236665-1-94-01 ).
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the PubLic
Transportation Joint Participation A~reement with the State of Florida Department of
Public Transportation for the above-referenced project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves the Public Transportation Joint
Participation Asreement with the State of FLorida (Fin. Proj. No. 236665-1-94-01) to
provide fundin§ to Rehabilitate Taxiway "E" at the St. Lucie County Internationat
Airport.
2. The Board hereby authorizes the Chairperson to execute the above-
referenced asreement and further authorizes the County Attorney to execute the
asreement by approvin8 it as to form and correctness.
