WARRANTY DEED
This Indenture made and executed this Icg~' day of December, 2003, is by and
between BAYSHORE LIMITED INC., a Florida corporation, (hereinafter "Grantor"), and ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose post office address is
2300 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 34982, (hereinafter "Grantee").
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other
good and valuable consideration to Grantor in hand paid by Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said Grantee and Grantee's heirs"and assigns
forever, the following described land, situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, to wit:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE APART HEREOF.
Subject to restrictions, reservations and easements of record, if any, which are not
reimposed hereby, and real estate taxes subsequent to December 31, 2003
and the Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same against
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
