WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the budget for the St. Lucie County Board of Count
Commissioners, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption have become available in the form
additional Grant funding from the Florida Commission for the Transpodation Disadvantaged Rural Arc
Capital Equipment Support Grant.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Board of Count
Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, FIorid~
in meeting assembled this 13th day of July, 2004, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such fund
are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2003-2004, and the budget for the St. Lucie County Board
County Commissioners is hereby amended as follows:
