WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commis:
budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budgl
become available in the form of a grant from South Florida Water Management District Pro(
the amount of $500,000.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissk
adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St
County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 13th day of July, 2004, pursuant to Section 129.
Florida Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2003-2004, ~
County's budget is hereby amended as follows:
