WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the budget for the St. Lucie County Board of Cour
Commissioners, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption have become available from the Flori~
Department of Transportation through a Joint Participation Agreement in the amount of $388,000 as additior
funding for the "Construct Apron & Environmental Mitigation" project at the St. Lucie County Internation
Airport.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Board of Court1
Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, FIorid~
in meeting assembled this 13th day of July, 2004, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such fund
are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2003-2004, and the budget for the St. Lucie County Board
County Commissioners is hereby amended as follows:

After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
