WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the budget for the St. Lucie County Board of C(
Commissioners, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption have become available from the FI
Department of Transportation through a Joint Participation Agreement in the amount of $103,200 as addil
funding for the Rehabilitation of the Airfield Pavement Markings at the St. Lucie County International Ai~
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Board of C(
Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, FI(
in meeting assembled this 13th day of July, 2004, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such f
