The GRANTEE may temporally remove or move GRANTORS' fence and may remove, cut or trim trees, bushes, and saplings growing upon or extending over said strip of land so far as may be reasonably necessary in the installation, maintenance, operation, repair, replacement, or renewal of any of the above mentioned utilities, drainage facilities or improvements. The GRANTEE shall be permitted to construct and maintain a gate opening in the GRANTORS' fence for the for the purpose of ingress and egress to the subject property to construct, operate and maintain the facilities within the easement. The gate opening shall be in the NE corner of GRANTORS property as described in Exhibit A and A-1. The GRANTORS reserve the use of said strip of land for any use not inconsistent herewith, but no buildings or structures other than fences as located, shall be erected or placed on said strip of land by GRANTORS. The rights herein granted may be assigned in whole or in part. If this easement as described in Exhibit A and A-1 is not used by the GRANTEE in the White City Drainage Project for Canal "D" within five(5)years of acceptance of this easement, then, said easement shall terminate. 0 0 0 0 r."
