WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners
budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget
have become available in the form ora FRDAP Grant passed through the City of Port St. Lucie for
the construction of the South County Regional Stadium in the amount of $150,000.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Flodda Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to
adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 27th day of February, 2001, pursuant to Section 129.06
(d), Florida Statutes, such funds ara hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2000-2001, and the
County's budget is hereby amended as follows:
