A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLU'I'~ON NO. 03-310
WHICH AMENDED THE ST. LUCIE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS
BUILDINGS AND GROUND5 RENTAL RATE5 AND FEE5
SCHEDULE: BY AMENDING EXHIBIT "A" TO INCLUDE
ADDITIONAL RATE5 FOR THE OUTDOOR ARENA AND THE
EC~UESTRIAN ARENA, UNDER THE ST. LUCIE COUNTY
FAIRGROUND5 BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS RENTAL RATE5
AND FEE5 SCHEDULE IN ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the Boord of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florido, hos mode
the following determinotions:
1. On November 25, 2003, the Boord odopted Resolution No. 03-310, which omended
Resolution No. 02-301 which estoblished o rentol rotes ond fees schedule for the new St.
Lucie County Foirgrounds in St. Lucie County, Florido.
2. Tn order to include two odditionol rotes for the Outdoor Areno ond the Equestrion
Areno to the St. Lucie County Foirgrounds Buildings ond Grounds Rentol Rotes ond Fees
Schedule, it is necessory to omend Exhibit "A" of Resolution No. 03-310.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Boord of County Commissioners of St.
Lucie County, Florida:
1. This Board does hereby amend the rental rotes and fees schedule os set forth in
the "St. Lucie County Fairgrounds Buildings and Grounds Rental Rotes and Fees Schedule"
ottoched hereto and mode o port hereof os Exhibit "A°'.
2. The amended rental rates and fees schedule os set forth in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made o part hereof os Exhibit "A", shall take effect upon adoption of this
resolution, and shall remain in effect until changed by further resolution of the Board of
County Commissioners.
