WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the budget for the St. Lucie County Board of
Commissioners, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption have become available from the
Division of Cultural Affairs Cultural Support Program in the amount of $7,949 as additional funding for C
Affairs objectives.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Board of
Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
in meeting assembled this 27th day of July, 2004, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, suc
