RESOLUTION NO. 04-195
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budg.
St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become availat
the form of a contribution from John A. and Christina Mayo in the amount of $10,000.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to ad.
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie Co~
Florida, in meeting assembled this 27th day of July, 2004, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Stat
