A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE STATE OF FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION PUBLIC
TRANSPORTATION JOINT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
(FIN. PROJ. NO. 412401-1-94-01 ) FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF PERIMETER FENCING AT THE ST. LUCIE COUNTY
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND AUTHORIZING THE
CHAIRPERSON TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT AND
FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ATTORNEY TO
EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BY APPROVING IT AS TO FORM
AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, FLorida, has
made the f. oLLowin~ determinations:
1. The FLorida Department of Transportation has awarded the County fundin~
for the InstaLLation of Perimeter Fencin~ at the St. Lucie County Internationa[ Airport
(Fin. Proj. No. 412401-1-94-01 ).
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the PubLic
Transportation Joint Participation A~reement with the State of FLorida Department of
PubLic Transportation for the above-referenced project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves the PubUc Transportation Joint
Participation A~reement with the State of FJorida (Fin. Proj. No. 412401-1-94-01) to
provide fundin~ for the InstaLLation of Perimeter Fencin~ at the St. Lucie County
International Airport.
2. The Board hereby authorizes the Chairperson to execute the above-
referenced a~reement and further authorizes the County Attorney to execute the
asreement by approvin~ it as to form and correctness.
After motion and second, the vote on Resotution 04-207 was as fotLows:
