This Easement shall expire upon the completion of the construction of the above referenced road construction project. FEBRUARY 2003 SHEET 3 3 Addendum for Parcel 702 (Temporary Construction Easement) John W. and Patricia A. Ferrick upon execution of a Temporary Construction Easement instrument, grant St. Lucie County, its agents, contractors and sub-contractors, to enter 4pon a portion of certain lands owned by John W. and Patricia A. Ferrick, located at 4802 S. 25th Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida, as described in Exhibit "A". It is understood that the purpose of the Temporary Construction Easement is for the purpose of tying in and harmonizing the existing driveway with construction of roadway and appurtenant facilities within the existing right-of-way. This easement is granted upon the condition that the sloping and/or grading upon the described land shall not exceed beyond the construction limits and that all grading or sloping work conform to all existing structural improvements within the limits designated, and all work will be performed in such a manner that existing structural improvements (including fencing, permanent survey monuments, mailboxes and landscaping) will not be damaged. In the event of any damages, the County's contractor will be responsible for repairing or replacing such improvements as in the same condition prior to being damaged at no cost to the property owner. The County's road contractor will maintain ingress and egress to the owner's property during construction. Immediate driveway access will be provided during any emergency. This easement shall expire upon the completion of the construction of the harmonizing of the driveway with the new road improvements as described in the Temporary Construction Easement legal description (Exhibit "A").
