LUCIE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMM'r'sSIONER5 TO EXECUTE THE A~,REEMENT AND FURTHER AUTHORIZINg, THE COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE A~,REEMENT BY APPROV'rN.~ I'T A5 TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following determinations: 1. Hurricane ~Teanne had a devastating impact upon the State of Florida and the President of the United States declared Major Disaster No. FEMA-DR-1545-FL in all counties in the State of Florida and as a result, the Public Assistance Program was made available to eligible applicants in Declared counties. Frances. This Board has sought approval for Federal and 5tare assistance for Hurricane 3. This Board should authorize ond opprove execution of the Emergency ~Toint Participation Agreement with the State of Florida Department of Transportation for the restoration of Indian River Drive. NOW, THEREFORE, BE TI' RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida: 1. This Board hereby authorizes and approves execution of the Emergency ~Toint Participation Agreement with the State of Florida Department of Transportation for the restoration of Indian River Drive. The Chairman and the Clerk of the ,St. bucie County Board of County Commissioners are hereby authorized to execute the Emergency ~Toint Participation Agreement approved by this resolution and further, the County Attorney is hereby authorized to execute the Agreement by approving it as to form and correctness.
