WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has made the following
determinations:

,= .. 1. The St. Lucie County Public Safety Director declared a state of emergency

~,-...-o-~ September 1, 2004, at 4:00 p.m. due to Hurricane Frances and imposed a curfew in
-~ ~.~incorporated St. Lude County effective September 3, 2004 from 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

~ ~ curfew has been modified by the County Administrator to 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.

~ z-~ 2. The impact of Hurricane Frances has placed St. Lucie County in a state of

3. Such curfew is extended through September 15, 2004, at 6:00 a.m. unless
sooner rescinded by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County or the
Sheriff.
