THE RESOLUTION WILL INCREASE THE SANITARY LANDFILL ENTERPRISE FUND
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004-2005
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1. On September 9, 2004, after TRIM notices were mailed to all property owners pursuant to Section
200.069, Florida Statutes, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing to consider adopting the
Tentative Budget for fiscal year 2004-2005 and adopted the tentative budget.
2. On September 16, 2004, after notice published in the Tribune on September 13, 2004, the Board held a
Public Hearing and adopted the Final Budget for fiscal year 2004-2005.
3. The Resolution will increase the Sanitary Landfill Enterprise Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
The following budgetary fund is hereby increased for the fiscal year 2004-2005:
