RESOLUTION NO. 04-379
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for
St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from the Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged for all non-emergency Medicaid Trips
Grant in the amount of $632,181 of which $496,685 was anticipated and budgeted for FY05, A difference of
$135,496 remaining to be budgeted.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 7th day of December 2004, pursuant to Section 129,06 (d), Florida Statutes,
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2004-2005, and the County's budget is hereby amended
as follows:
