RESOLUTION NO. 04-347
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for
St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in
the form of bond proceeds from the refunding of the County's outstanding Public Improvement Refunding
Revenue Bonds, Series 2000A and the issuance of Public Improvement Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series
2004A (800 MHz Emergency Radio System) par amount of Bonds $8,030,000 and Reoffering Premium (Net)
$134,588.45 totaling $8,164,588.45.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of S1. Lucie County, Florida,
in meeting assembled this 14th day of December, 2004, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, that
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2004-2005, and the County's budget is hereby amended
as follows:
