RESOLUTION NO. 04-398
WHEREAS. subsequent to the adoption of the budget for the St Lucie County Board of County
Commissioners, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption have become available from the Federal
Highway Administration (FHWA) in the amount of $29,356,861.08 roadway damaged during Hurricane
Jeanne.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d). Florida Statu... requires the St. Lucie eountyloard of County
