RESOLUTION NO. 04-403
A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION
NO. 00-258 (WHICH CREATED THE
TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE AND PROVIDED
DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS OF THE
COMMITTEE)
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida, has made the following determinations:
1. On December 19, 2000, the Board of County Commissioners of
St. Lucie County, Florida, authorized the creation of the
Technology Committee and provided for Duties and Functions of the
Committee.
2. The Technology Committee has fulfilled its obligations in
advising the Board in matters relating to Information Technology
County-wide; and reviewing and providing recommendations in all
aspects relating to standard policies, procedures and budgetary
needs.
3. This Board has determined that the Committee is no longer
needed.
4. In order to abolish the Technology Committee, it is
necessary to repeal Resolution No. 00-258 in its entirety.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, that this Board does
hereby repeal Resolution No. 00-258 in its entirety and abolishes
the Technology Committee.
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as
follows:

Commissioner Doug Coward AYE
Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson AYE
Commissioner Cliff Barnes AYE
PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED this 9th day of November, 2004.
