A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A
15 FOOT DRAINAGE, UTILITY AND MAINTENANCE EASEMENT FOR
CITRUS A VENUE
ON BEHALF OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, that:
The foregoing 15 FOOT DRAINAGE, UTILITY AND MAINTENANCE EASEMENT
is duly accepted on behalf of St. Lucie County this 20th day of April, 2004.

DRAINAGE. UTILITY AND MAINTENANCE EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the undersigned, LIFE ESTATE IN
MADEL YN J. ROBINSON with vested remainder in JANICE R. HANCOCK, daughter of
Madelyn J. Robinson, "GRANTORS", whose m ailing address is 5903 Citrus A venue, Fort
Pierce, FL 34982-3310, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollars ($1.00), to them in
hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby convey and grant to ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, aPolitical Subdivision 0 f the State 0 f Florida, "GRANTEE", whose
mailing address is 2300 Virginia Avenue, Ft. Pierce, FL 34982, for the use and benefit of the
general public the privilege and easement for the installation, maintenance, operation, repair,
replacement, or renewal of drainage facilities in, under, upon, along, over, and across the
following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the GRANTEE, its successors and assigned
forever.
Access to the above strip of land, as described in Exhibit A and A-I, over the adjoining lands of
the GRANTORS is hereby granted. The GRANTEE may temporally remove or move
GRANTORS' fence and may remove, cut or trim trees, bushes, and saplings growing upon or
extending over said strip of land so far as may be reasonably necessary in the installation,
maintenance, operation, repair, replacement, or renewal of any of the above mentioned utilities
or improvements.
The GRANTORS reserve the use of said strip of land for any use not inconsistent herewith, but
no buildings or structures shall be erected or placed on said strip of land by GRANTORS. The
rights herein granted may be assigned in whole or in part.
If this easement as describe in Exhibit A and A-a is not used by the GRANTEE in the
White City Drainage Project for Canal "D" within five (5) years of acceptance of this easement,
then, said easement shall terminate.
The undersigned hereby covenant and warrant that they own the said land and have the right to
grant this easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Grantors have hereunto set their hands and
