A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FOR
SOUTH 25TH STREET
ON BEHALF OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, that:
The foregoing TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT is duly accepted on
behalf of St. Lucie County this 25th day of JANUARY, 2005.

TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
THIS EASEMENT, made this 27th day of DECEMBER, 2004, by C:ARMEN and NANCY
ENGl.ER, his wife, who~e address is 3663 South 25th street, Fort Pierce, Florida 34981, hereinafter
referred to as GRANTOR, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a political subdivisÎol1 of the State of Florido,
whose mailing address is 2300 Virginia Avel1ue., Fort Pierce, Florida 34982, here.inafter referred to as
GRANTEE.
WITNESSETH
That the grantor, for al1d in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar and other good and valuable
considerotion do(es) hereby give, grant, bargain and release to grantee, its agents, assigl'ls, contractors
and sub-contractors, a temporary construction easement to enter upon that portion of' certain lands
owned by the grantor being described C1$ follows:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT" A"
for the purpose of tying in and harmonizing said property, thereon with cönstruction of roadway and
appurteoant facilities within existing right-of-way.
This Easemel1t is granted upon the cOl'ldition that the sloping and/or grading upon the above lal'ld
shall not extend beyond the limits outlined above and that all grading or sloping conform to all eXÎ5til19
structural improve.ments within the limits designated, and all work will be performed il'l such a mal'lner
that existing structural improvements will not be damaged and the Grantee shall not inte.rfere with or
obstruct Grantors ingress and egress to Grantor's proþerty.
This Easeme.nt shall expire upon the completion of the construction of the above re.ferenced
road construction project. not to exceed t£l'\ (10) years.

SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 40 EAST, ST. LUCIE
COUNTY. FLORIDA AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 29;
THENCE NORTH 00°04'20" WEST ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID
SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 29. A DISTANCE OF 835.83 FEET;
BEARINGS ARE BASED ON SAID EAST LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST
OUARTER OF SECTION 29 AND ALL OTHER BEARINGS SHOWN HEREON
