This Easemel1t is granted upon the cOl'ldition that the sloping and/or grading upon the above lal'ld shall not extend beyond the limits outlined above and that all grading or sloping conform to all eXÎ5til19 structural improve.ments within the limits designated, and all work will be performed il'l such a mal'lner that existing structural improvements will not be damaged and the Grantee shall not inte.rfere with or obstruct Grantors ingress and egress to Grantor's proþerty.
