A RESOLUTION DEFINING A CLASS "A' MOBILE HOME AS A
SINGLE-FAMILY DETACHED DWELLING UNIT IN THE AG-S
(AGRICULTURAL - 1 DU/S ACRES) ZONING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, based on the
testimony and evidence, including but not limited to the staff report, has made the following
determinations:
1. Anaela Winton presented a petition to Define a 28-foot by60-foot Fleetwood - Hickory
Hill Class "A" Mobile Home as a Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit in the AG-5
(Agricultural - 1 du/5 acres) Zoning District for the property described below.
2. On August 3, 2004, this Board held a public hearing on the petition, after publishing a
notice of such hearing and notifying by mail all owners of property within 500 feet of
the subject property.
3. The Class "A" Mobile Home determination is consistent with all elements of the St.
Lucie County Comprehensive Plan and has satisfied the standards of review set forth
in Section 11.05.02(D) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida:
A. The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners has determined that the request of
Angela Winton to Define a 28-foot by 60-foot Fleetwood - Hickory Hill Class "A" Mobile Home as a
Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit to be located on that property described as follows:
THE NORTH 342.29 FEET OF THE SOUTH 3083.68 FEET OF THE WEST % OF SECTION
34, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 38, LESS THE WEST 100 FEET THEREOF, AND LESS
THE SOUTH 282.30 FEET OF THE EAST 563.30 FEET OF THE WEST 1643.13 FEET AND
LESS THE SOUTH 60.00 FEET OF THE EAST 979.51 FEET OF THE WEST 1079.83 FEET.
SAID LAND LYING IN ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA. (TAX ID#: 3234-231-0004-000/6).
(Location:
East side of Carlton Road, approximately 5.5 miles south of Okeechobee
Road. Port Saint Lucie.)
is consistent with the requirements of Section 11.05.02(D) of the St. Lucie County Land
Development Code, and is hereby approved. The General Location Map and Area Subject to the
Class "A" Mobile Home Permit are attached as Exhibit "A".
