RESOLUTION NO. 05-003
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Erosion District's Budget, certain funds
not anticipated at the time of the budget have become available from the Florida Department of
Environmental Protection providing funding for hurricane recovery for Florida's beach and dune system in
the amount of $3,760,000.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Erosion District to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Erosion District of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting
assembled this 22nd day of February, 2005, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds
are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2004-2005, and the Erosion District's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
