RESOLUTION NO. 05-083
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from The United Veterans of St. Lucie County in form of a $18,189 contribution for a multi-
passenger van operated by the Veterans Dept. of St. Lucie County BOCC. The contribution will be used
to payoff General Fund Contingency loan that was used to purchase the van.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 0151 day of March, 2005, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2004-05, and the County's budget is
hereby amended as follows:
