A RESOLUTION, AMENDING RESOLUTION
NUMBER 05-34 TO CORRECT SCRIVENER
ERROR
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners has made the following
determination:
1. On January 25, 2005 the Board of County Commissioners approved Budget Resolution
Number 05-034 in the amount of $159,116 for the State Homeland Security Grant establishing a
budget for the grant as follows:

2. Due to a scrivener error, whereas the resolution number was assigned twice, it is necessary
to amend Budget Resolution Number 05-034.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Lucie County Board of County
Commissioners :
1. Resolution Number 05-034 is hereby amended as follows:
Budget Resolution Number 05-34, approved by the Board of County Commissioners on January
25, 2005 in the amount of $159,116 for the State Homeland Security Grant has been
reassigned as Resolution Number 05-077.
2. After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:

Commissioner Joseph E. Smith AYE
Commissioner Chris Craft AYE
