THIS CORRECTIVE DEED IS INTENDED TO REPLACE THAT CERT AIN RIGHT -OF-WAY
DEED IN FAVOR OF GRANTEE DATED DECEMBER 22,2004 AND RECORDED IN OR
BOOK 2125, PAGE 1041, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, WHICH DEED CONTAINED AN ERRONEOUS LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
GRANTOR COVENANTS WITH GRANTEE THAT THEY CONSTITUTE ALL CO-
TRUSTEES OF THE TROWBRIDGE ACRES LAND TRUST U/AlD APRIL 30, 2002,
MATTHEW LYLE WYNNE HAVING RESIGNED AS A CO-TRUSTEE BY QUIT CLAIM
DEED DATED NOVEMBER 2, 2004, AND DULY RECORDED IN OR BOOK 2142, PAGE
602, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in
anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
