HomeMy WebLinkAbout05-024 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 38 39 40 41 42 43 44 45 RESOLUTION 05-024 FILE NO: CU-oS-o04 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A 12-MONTH EXTENSION FROM THE DATE OF EXPIRATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND MAJOR SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR THE PROJECT TO BE KNOWN AS CUTTING EDGE SELF-STORAGE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, based on the testimony and evidence, including but not limited to the staff report, has made the fOllowing determinations: 1. Richard Gallacher, presented a petition for a 12-month extension from the date of expiration for Conditional Use Permit and Major Site Plan Approval for the project to be known as Cutting Edge Self-Storage located on property at the southeast corner of the intersection of South U.S. Highway NO.1 and Sunshine Boulevard (entrance to The Grove residential development). 2. On May 4, 2004, this Board held a public hearing and voted to grant, through Resolution 04- 084, Conditional Use Permit and Major Site Plan Approval for the project to be known as Cutting Edge Self-Storage. 3. The date of expiration for Resolution 04-084 is May 4, 2005. 4. This Board held a public hearing on March 15,2005, on the petition after publishing a notice of such hearing and notifying by mail all owners of property within 500 feet of the subject property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida: A. The commercial development to be known as Cutting Edge Self-Storage is hereby granted a 12-month extension to May 4, 2006. B. All The terms, findings, and conditions otherwise cited in Resolution 04-084, approved on May 4, 2004, are hereby incorporated by reference in Resolution 05-024. C. The St. Lucie County Growth Management Director and the St. Lucie County Public Works Director are hereby authorized to amend all public records on file in their respective offices to reflect the new date of expiration. All other affected parties are authorized to make the necessary changes to recognize this new date of expiration. D. A copy of this resolution shall be retained in the petition file with the St. Lucie County Growth Management Director. File No.: CU-05-004 March 15. 2005 EDWIN M. FRY, Jr..
