A RESOLUTION DEFINING A CLASS "A' MOBILE HOME AS A
SINGLE-FAMILY DETACHED DWELLING UNIT IN THE AG-2.5
(AGRICULTURAL - 1 DU/2.5 ACRES) ZONING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St Lucie County, Florida, based on the
testimony and evidence, including but not limited to the staff report, has made the following
determinations:
1, James L and Mary y, Roberts presented a petition to Define a 28-foot by 60-foot Fleetwood
Class "A" Mobile Home as a Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit in the AG-2,5
(Agricultural-1 du/2,5 acres)Zoning District for the property described below.
2, On February 15, 2005, this Board held a public hearing on the petition, after publishing
a notice of such hearing and notifying by mail all owners of property within 500 feet of
the subject property,
3, The Class "A" Mobile Home determination is consistent with all elements of the St
Lucie County Comprehensive Plan and has satisfied the standards of review set forth
in Section 11 ,05,02(D) of the St Lucie County Land Development Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St Lucie
County, Florida:
A The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners has determined that the request of
James L and Mary y, Roberts to Define a 28-foot by 60-foot Fleetwood Class "A" Mobile Home as a
Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit to be located on that property described as follows:
THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH,
RANGE 39 EAST, ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: NE V. OF NE V. OF SW Y.
AND NORTH 30 FEET OF SE V. OF NE Y. OF SW V" LESS THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF THE
EAST 300 FET AND LESS ROAD AND CANAL RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND ALSO LESS THE
FOLLOWING DESCRIVED LANDS:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST V. OF THE NORTHEAST
