RESOLUTION NO. 05-175
A RESOLUTION FORMALIZING REVISED RATES AND
FEES FOR THE PORT ST. LUCIE (RAVENSWOOD)
SWIMMING POOL OWNED AND OPERATED BY ST.
LUCIE COUNTY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida,
has made the following determinations:
1. Over the years many rates and fees have increased due to the rise in costs for
various properties owned and/or operated by St. Lucie County.
2. Unfortunately, the St. Lucie County Parks and Recreation Department Pool
Rates and Fees have not been increased.
3. Due to the many increases in operating costs, etc., it is necessary to
formalize revised rates and fees for the Port St. Lucie (Ravenswood) pool owned and
operated by St. Lucie County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. This Board does hereby formalize the swimming pool rates and fees for the
Port St. Lucie (Ravenswood) pool owned and operated by St. Lucie County, as set
forth in the "St. Lucie County Parks and Recreation Department Pool Rates and Fees
2005" attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A".
2. The formalized revised rates and fees as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof, shall take effect on Monday, June 6, 2005, at TOO a.m.,
and shall remain in effect until changed by further resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida.
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
